I would just like complement a piece of information to my previous journal.

Nevertheless there are negative changes in the city such as an increase in crime, robberies and murders. My city a long time already stints in the ratings of high crime and danger of life, in the country, but the war and the subsequent poverty of the population is significantly lifted the these ratings.

At the moment, often in the news there are reports about missing of people, murders and robberies, in the current of poverty level being robbed for food (money or food). This is not surprising because with each passing day people are increasingly becoming poorer and are getting more expensive products.

Also becomes complicated the situation with payments, people can not get salary or other benefits paid. Salaries are delayed and occur cancellation of some social (aid) payments, despite the fact that many are deprived of earnings.
